I understand that in the event of sickness, an accident or any form of emergency, Peaks Kamitondo School will act on my behalf until such a time as I can be present.
I understand that every effort will be made to contact me as soon as any illness or injury is identified.
In the event of my child having a high temperature, I consent to my child being given Calpol at the school by a qualified member of staff, following procedures laid down by the school.
Occasionally, as part of learning, children may be taken outside the school premises to local facilities according to the demands of particular learning areas.
Kamitondo School may sometimes take photographs or video footage of children while taking part in school activities.
Any information provided to Kamitondo School will be kept secure and treated in confidence.
Kamitondo School is a Christian faith-based institution which believes in Bible teachings as a major source of instruction for a holistic learning experience.
All fees shall be reviewed every year and parents shall be given one month's notice of any alterations.
